Job Description:

  • Commercial Strategy: Initiate, develop and drive comprehensive commercial strategy for the region in alignment with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, market trends, and customer needs within the region. Use data-driven insights to adapt strategies.
  • Project Management: Driving the commercial program and project management, laying out the roadmap to ensure the key stakeholders and milestones are on track.
  • Financial Management & Reporting: Manage the regional budget and pricing strategies to ensure profitability while achieving revenue targets. Prepare regular reports on regional commercial activities, sales figures, and other relevant data for review by senior management.

  • Documentation: Prepare and review commercial agreements, contracts, and proposals. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards in the region.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the regional commercial team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, finance or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders. Fluent in Mandarin Language will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Data analytics and BI.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in handling data and documentation.
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Familiarity with the specific industry and market dynamics within the region is a plus.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and take on new responsibilities as needed.

Job Description:

  • Develop corporate communication strategy and initiatives aligning with corporate culture and business strategy for internal & external communications with existing media.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop the corporate mission statement and assist executive leadership in developing presentations, speeches, and other important corporate messages.
  • Develop and implement a PR roadmap, practical strategies, tactics, and implementation plans along with external connections to enhance the company’s image through corporate campaigns, press releases, marketing campaigns, trade promotions, internal campaigns, and sustainability campaigns.
  • Work with our partners to gather insights for a social listening report to help understand the media and public perceptions of the company and provide recommendations on how to improve communication strategies.
  • Utilize appropriate digital PR opportunities such as online publishers, content creators, influencers, online community, etc.
  • Foster media relations with journalists and provide relevant media stakeholders with a reliable and trusted resource for company information.
  • Manage company brand and reputation to ensure public views the organization favorably.
  • Collaborating internally and externally (designers, agencies, production houses) in development of the communications materials and company gifts/premiums, while consistent with communication objectives.
  • Plan and manage all internal and external events to strengthen employee and customer engagement in the most effective and efficient manner.
  • Support crisis communications activities as needed by monitoring and responding to issues on social media effectively and quickly to prevent them from escalating into crisis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field. Master of Arts in Integrated Communication Management will be a plus.
  • 3-5 years in managing corporate communications, public relations or a related field in multi-industries both Thai and international companies preferred.
  • Solid experience in Branding Communication Strategy with good knowledge and skills in social media and PR material.
  • Strong media relations with leading offline and online media channels.
  • Proficiency in using social listening tools is a plus.
  • A creative thinker and client-oriented individual with good interpersonal, presentation, organizational, storytelling and communication skills.
  • Exceptional command of written and spoken English with solid writing and editing skills.

Job Description:

  1. Provide freight forwarding and supply chain related services such as sea, air, cross border transportation, customs and trade compliances
  2. Retain, build and grow both existing and new business within the WICE networks
  3. Responsible for all sales and business development activities for Singapore and Malaysia
  4. Retain existing key accounts controlled by WICE Singapore and Malaysia
  5. Involve in setting regional sales budgets and strengthen up competencies to exceed budget goals
  6. Set up and lead the acquisition of network accounts (large target customers)
    1. Work with WICE branches and agents to develop solution-based approach
    2. Create key stakeholders’ relationship program on the accounts (Stakeholder: decision makers, influencers, etc.)
    3. Make the regional visits to assist business acquisition in the countries.
  7. Lead or assist tender process (RFQ or RFP) to able to response with high quality and increase chance of winning
  8. Initiate, assist and launch sales and business development models to achieve budget plans such as:
    1. Trade lane focus
    2. Air freight consolidation model
    3. Sea freight consolidation model – retails, consumer electronics, and automotive
    4. Regional DC in Thailand model (convince target customers to move RDC from Singapore to Thailand)
    5. Assist regional headquarter to launch local logistics programs in each countries
  9. Provide commercial leadership to :
    1. Build or strengthen up sales process from prospecting, identifying and acquiring new businesses on existing and potential customers
    2. Lead and organize regular network discussions
    3. Assist to identify and develop key competencies required by vertical markets
    4. Assist to deploy sales training programs such as product training
    5. Enhance our WICE brand through participation in key supply chain events, and associations.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  2. Proven working experience in sales role for at least 5 years.
  3. Proven working experience in business development role for at least 3 years.

Location: Singapore

Reporting to the General Manager of WICE Logistics Singapore, this position is to drive growth, enhance retention, and advocate for a portfolio of strategic accounts of WICE Logistics by proactively creating demand, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions aligned with customer needs, while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams and geographic locations to meet customer commitments.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the most strategic and complex customers of WICE Singapore and if necessary, of WICE in the region.
  • Demonstrate the vertical expertise (electronics, automotive, pharma, etc.).
  • Accountable to elevate and expand credible relationships across functional departments within the customer supply chain.
  • Leverage global network (owned offices and agents) to collaborate on the solution and pipeline development of product opportunities.
  • Expand market share by driving an active opportunity pipeline and qualification.
  • Develop and execute account plans outlining customer goals, objectives, strategies, and timelines.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, leveraging internal data and market intelligence to gain customer insights, to uncover new opportunities for growth, retain and grow business by presenting strategic solutions to customers.
  • Own account strategy including RFP, proposals and award management.
  • Manage conflict and navigate difficult conversations with the customer using diplomatic tactic.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure timely resolution of issues and concerns.
  • Provide regular reporting on account performance, market trends and competitive activities.
  • Achieve revenue, volume and profitability targets for assigned accounts.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry, with at least the last 2 years of experience in key account management role.
  • At least 3 years of experience in at least middle management level.
  • Experience managing large and complex customer accounts in challenging environments.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue, volume and profitability targets.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable financial results through sales or account management solutions.
  • Demonstrates and drives a data driven approach with strong analytical skills for complex logistics solutions.
  • Vertical experience in Electronics is a great plus.
  • Effective verbal, written communication in English and effective presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices.
