On April 22, 2025, WICE Logistics Public Company Limited (WICE) held its 2025 Annual General Meeting, where shareholders approved a cash dividend of 0.14 baht per share — equivalent to 72.34% of the company’s net profit for the fiscal year 2024. The dividend will be paid on May 20, 2025.

Mr. Chudet Kongsoonthorn, Group Managing Director of Business Development, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to achieving no less than 15% growth in 2025. This will be driven by five core strategies: expanding strategic partnerships, advancing Green Logistics with a goal of reducing carbon emissions by 42% by 2030, enhancing service capabilities through real-time digital technologies, and strengthening its leadership in precision logistics for the electronics and semiconductor industries.
